• Tender style : After bidding is accepted during certain period, and successful bidders are decided who bid with highest price. Internet : Auction is held on internet and photos of exhibits are shown on our website.

You can participate in our auctions after checking qualification required to be our member on our website and filling in necessary information in the application form. Only by presentation of member’s card at auction sites reception, members are allowed to participate in our auction.

When there is only one bidder raising hand for the call price, our conductor declares “THE FINAL CALL”. After declaration of the final call, when there is no any other bidders, knocking-down is fixed as the knocking-down obligee by the announcement of “SOLD”.
Successful bidder verify the contents of contract note when our staff brings it to successful bidder and sign on it for final confirmation.

All payment shall be in full amount by cash at once in advance.
Proforma invoces are sent to successful bidder within 3 days after the auction date.
Payment is accepted by letter of credit or telegram transfer only.

The ownership of the successful bid exhibit is transfared to bidders after the receipt of full payment is confirmed by HCT.
